IF: Help
Here's my special birthday submission for Illustration Friday. Click on the image to generate a new composition. When I saw this week's topic I thought of a painting by J.M.W. Turner called The Slave Ship. This piece is inspired by that painting. You can see some generated samples below.

Sweetness! I think this is my favorite so far. The colors, motion and textures are amazing. And to think that it is all generated by code...Amazing!
Happy Birthday Jordan

Oh man, Nate beat me to it. Well, Happy birthday Jordan. And I think you're wonderful. I also really like this piece. I like the colors and the watery feel of it. It makes me feel like I'm drowning, but in a pleasant sort of way.

Neat stuff. I love the similarities and differences of shape and color to The Slave Ship. Cool participatory effect, too.

its cool but its not actually generative art. when you click the swf, a message is sent to jordan, who sits at his computer drawing like crazy during every request.

It is very very dynamic Jordan. I can see how it was inspired by the slave ship image with the colors and shapes, but then it takes on a life of its own and becomes something different. It is great. It has become more of a raging wildfire to me now, but I guess that is the influence of the impressionist color scheme.
Justin should know that stealing identities is against the law by now.
